Wall-mounted aluminium pergola — wall carrier beam (PN-WB-500) replaces a rear free-standing frame, two front pillars only. Six perimeter sizes (3×3 → 4×6) from one shared 24-step procedure.

Locate and mark the wall carrier beam line
Mark the wall carrier beam line — sets the entire roof reference.

Anchor the wall carrier beam (PN-WB-500)
Anchor PN-WB-500 wall carrier beam — replaces the rear free-standing frame.

Pre-build the two front corner connection sets
Pre-build the two FRONT corner connection sets — wall side has no corners.

Build the front U-frame on the ground
Build the front U-frame on the ground (two front pillars + front beam).

Lift the front U-frame onto its anchors
Lift the front U-frame onto the slab anchors — two installers per side.

Install left side profile D-1 (front to wall beam)
Install left side profile D-1 from front-left corner to wall beam.

Install right side profile D-2 (front to wall beam)
Install right side profile D-2 from front-right corner to wall beam.

Check frame square and seat drainage plugs
Verify diagonals (3×3: 386 · 3×4: 466 · 3×5: 554.5 · 4×4: 527.5 · 4×5: 602.4 · 4×6: 683.7 cm) and seat front drainage plugs.

Install F gutters in projection direction
Mount F gutters in projection direction — slope 1.5% toward front pillars.

Install E gutters in width direction
Mount E gutters in width direction — wall-side E sits flush against PN-WB-500.

Fix top gutters from above
Fix all top gutters from above with torque-controlled drill.

Seal rubber junctions
Seal four rubber junctions with neutral-cure silicone (incl. wall-side).

Prepare standard blades
Pre-cut and prepare standard PN-LM-500 lamellas to width.

Prepare motor blade
Prepare the dedicated PN-LM-501 motor blade — drive coupling on motor side.

Install motor on D-1 profile
Mount the PN-MT-500 motor on the D-1 profile — cable exits FRONT pillar.

Install the motor blade
Install motor blade first — verifies free rotation before adding the rest.

Adjust motor arm
Adjust motor arm so the motor blade closes flush with the frame.

Install remaining blades
Insert remaining standard lamellas (back/wall side first) — verify rotation by hand.

Install PN-AR-500 movement arms linking all blades to the motor blade.

Cap with PN-CV-500 movement-arm cover profiles.
